So whats up Kerry? Howve you been recently?
Well, I took some time off a while ago after the DVS video came out and started riding quads a lot. Racing them and stuff. And some company contacted me about doing a little video with them four wheeling around.

Yeah, I heard a rumor that you had quit skateboarding. You were going to be the head groomer at a dog salon or something.
Yeah, that was what I was going to tell you. I got to make moves, you know.

You got a mean French Braid on poodles, huh?

Is it becoming harder to skateboard, as you get older?
Umm, yes it is. Im sore all the time and it is definitely harder to jump down stuff. I really just started noticing that about a year ago. But, that probably was because I had a bruised heel for about three or four months. I finally went out and bought a Jacuzzi and it helped heal it up after I sat in it for about six days.

Was that the bruised heel from the Red Bull thing?
Yes it was.

How did that happen?
I got a little bit too intoxicated and jumped off some roof. I was trying to get (Mike) Maldonado and some of the other guys to try and ollie this gap. I was like, Dude, just ollie it and Ill jump off it right now. I jumped off it with a beer in my hand and just landed completely flat-footed, bruising both my heels. It felt like I completely shattered my left one. I had to walk with a cane for the first week and that was during the beginning of the premieres of the DVS video.

Man, kids must have really thought you were getting old, walking around with a cane.
Yeah, I bet. I couldnt even touch the thing on the ground it hurt so much.

So how is it living in dirty Jersey compared to Philly?
Umm, it is actually really good. I got a garage for my cars, a backyard for my dogs, a nice little house, and it was a lot cheaper for a lot more. Im only twenty minutes from the city, so it really isnt that bad. I mean, I miss hanging out with my friends and going out all the time, but it is all good.

What sort of whips are you driving around now?
I only have two cars now. I got a 06 H3 Hummer, which I am really psyched on. That is my everyday driver and skate mobile right now. And then I got a BMW M3, which is all hooked up. I got it from a friend that had put a ton of money into it and used to trailer it around to car shows. I was scared to even drive it when I first got it from him. It mostly just sits in the garage.

Have you taken the Hummer off-road yet?
No way, it is just too new. I mean I have taken it over some hills and over curbs. Give it like a year and then Ill start doing a little more with it. It is just too new right now and I dont want to get it all nicked up.

Arent you going to buy a limo soon?
Yeah, well, Bams got this Limo and, umm, it was on his show. Im sure most people know which one I am talking about if they have seen his show. We used to use it to tow ramps around and stuff. But, we are going to try and get it from him to be our skate-mobile. Im going to offer him some money for it and Phil Ladjanski is going to put it in his name. Ill pay for it, but Im definitely not putting it in my name and having to worry about it in the city. Parking it will be hard in the city. It is like the length of two cars. It will be great for skating, but I dont want it to be my responsibility. Who ever owns it will hate it.
