Our fourth issue was the first issue to have national distribution, thanks to Tower Records (R.I.P.).
The cover features German Nieves varial heelflipping a subway entrance gap in Philly. Ironically it's the one in front of Tower Records! It's pretty gnarly, he's skating in the direction from the top of the cover towards the bottom, not left to right or vice versa, incase you didn't know.
